To purchase from us, we require your tax ID number or certificate of business. Once registered, you will receive a user ID and password, but in order to have to access our online catalog and receive the full benefits of being a A Piece of Them customer, you will need to text or email a copy of your business tax ID to our office. Our minimum opening purchase is $100 (to qualify for our periodic "promos" your order total will need to be at least $200 for that specific promo). "What if I forget an item?" You will now be able to place re-orders with no minimum purchase. Shipping cannot be combined for separate orders unless we receive your second order before your first order ships.

We do our best to provide you with affordable shipping. Your shipping charge includes: shipping cost & packaging of your order. Since weights and destinations vary from order to order, shipping rates are based on the $ amount of your purchase. Orders are shipped FedEx, UPS Ground, USPS or USPS Global Priority.
We offer next day air shipping within the United States. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for rush shipping quotes and requests. Please remember all shipping times are relative to when your order is processed by our warehouse. Orders are processed on a first-receipt basis, Monday thru Friday (excluding US holidays). Processing time may vary from 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. Orders placed on Friday may NOT ship until Monday. You can request overnight shipping by typing "Overnight Shipping" in the comments box at time of checkout.
All domestic and international orders will be shipped via the least cost method of USPS Global Priority or FedEx. International orders may take longer to receive depending on whether or not they are held up in customs. International shipping charges cover only the cost of airmail and do not include any additional fees or taxes your government or postal service may assess upon delivery. We cannot be responsible for products confiscated by your government. If you specifically prefer FedEx and are willing to pay the premium for that service, please indicate "FedEx Shipping" in the comments box during checkout. Actual shipping costs will be applied to your invoice, but will not show up on your order confirmation email. All duties and taxes related to your shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Orders are processed on a first-receipt basis, Monday thru Friday (excluding US holidays). Processing time may vary from 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. Orders placed on Friday may NOT be processed until Wednesday. Rush order processing is not available at this time. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. However, it is likely that your order will arrive in a more timely fashion. If you need your order by a certain date, please allow plenty of time for delivery, we suggest ordering 2 weeks prior to the date needed.
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved within 15 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be made for purchases older than 30 days. Email email@example.com for a RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and Return form. We will replace any defective item. There is a 20% restocking fee for any returns without defect. There is no fee for exchanges. Product must be in new condition, unopened, and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned, items. The completed Return Form, plus a copy of your original receipt must be included in the returned package for proper processing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns Associated with Substandard Product or Shipping Errors
In the event that A Piece of Them ships products with defects or products that were not part of the order, A Piece of Them will issue the customer a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping labels so that the items in question can be returned at the company's expense. Customers should report such issues and request RMAs by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of returned shipment, we conduct a Quality Assurance test to determine the appropriate resolution. If the customer received a defective good, we will send a replacement. Shipping charges related to the original order will not be refundable.
How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
